Design Days are deliberately devoted to the intricate art and craft of exploring organisational design ideas and fostering innovation. The design day will provide a substantial injection of creative brainwaves and collaborative brainstorms, with the ultimate objective of effective problem solving and idea generation of epic proportions. The Design Day consists of four one-hour Design Sessions, each led by one of our highly experienced and knowledgeable Organisational Designers. In addition to these interactive sessions, participants will receive a fully documented report that outlines the insights gained during the day.
